Founder and Registered Dietitian
Hi there! My name is Lesley Varone and I am glad you are here. I live by the belief that there is no such thing as a “good” or “bad” food, they are simply different. My goal with Everwell Nutrition Collective is to support others to be their healthiest, happiest selves; physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Working with teens and young adults, clients using Family Based Treatment (FBT), those with active eating disorders, those with a chronic dieting history, those with a desire to unlearn diet culture norms, individuals in need of support with picky-eating or selective eating, meal planning support, grocery shopping strategies, and general nutrition counseling
I was born and raised in Southeastern New England. After living in the Midwest and down south in Nashville, I find myself back closer to home, currently residing in Providence, RI. I love veggie burgers, yoga, baking bread, laughing with friends, cuddling with my cats Betty and Beau, and am on the constant quest for the perfect matcha latte. I’d describe myself as enthusiastic, creative, and fun-loving.
